Drug Uses

Viagra Soft Tabs is intended for treating male sexual dysfunction. Taking Viagra helps to have and keep up erection during sexual activity.

How Taken

It is recommended to take Viagra Soft Tabs orally 10 – 20 minutes before the coitus. It is recommended to take medicine once daily (once in 2 days for patients using ritonavir).

Drug Class and Mechanism

Viagra Soft Tabs are tablets taken orally and containing quick-dissolving components. This medicine increases the erection by affecting the the dopamine receptors in the hypothalamus and mid-brain.

Missed Dose

It is hard to miss the next dose of the medicine as it is taken as required. In case you have missed to take medicine you should take it at the moment you have remembered. In case it is the moment to take the medicine then don’t take it and wait until the next time according to your plan. Note you shouldn’t take tablet twice to fill up the missed one.

Storage

The medicine should be kept in its manufacturer’s box. The temperature recommended to store Viagra is between 15 – 30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F) but preferably to store the medicine at 25 degrees C (77 degrees F). Store the drug beyond the reach of the children.

Warnings Precautions

In case you are using any type of nitrate-based medicine or drugs containing nitroglycerin as it can lead to fall of the blood pressure.
Do not take Viagra Soft Tabs in case you have heart problems that can make sex dangerous. In case you had experienced a heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening heart irregularities during the last 6 month or you experience blood pressure problems, heart failure or unstable angina you should take the medicine with caution.

Stop using the Viagra Soft Tabs and contact your doctor in case you have cardiac symptoms (for example, dizziness, nausea, and chest pain) while coitus.

Take the medicine with caution in case you have prolonged erections, sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma (a disease of the bone marrow), leukemia, genital problem or deformity such as Peyronie's disease. In case of erection period exceeds 4 hours contact first medical aid as such situation could lead to impotence and other problems.

You should also use Viagra Soft Tabs cautiously in case you experiencing bleeding disorder, a stomach ulcer, or the inherited eye condition (retinitis pigmentosa) as the drugs influence in such conditions is not studied yet.

Possible Side Effects

In case you have got one of the side effects mentioned below you should cease taking the Viagra Soft Tabs and contact you doctor or emergency:

• an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives);
• chest pain or an irregular heartbeat;
• swelling of the ankles or legs;
• shortness of breath;
• prolonged or severe dizziness;
• a prolonged (lasting longer than 4 hours) or painful erection; or
• dizziness, nausea, or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in the chest, arms, neck, or jaw).

Side effects listed below can take place. In case you have got one of them do not stop taking the medicine and advise your doctor if you feel so.
