You can return any product ordered from Shopmy.org Pharmacy during 30 days of the order delivered. You can return this product in case:

the product and accessories is new and unpacked
you received your order with certain damages
you received wrong product.

In case any of the above-mentioned reasons apply to you submit a return request by clicking corresponding link, as the Shopmy.org Pharmacy must authorize all returns.

We will send you return materials authorization as soon as we will approve the return request. Furthermore as soon as we have accepted and get your return we will send you the proper product or give your money back to your account.

We save all the progress and history of the product return. In case the return is caused by our error we will provide you delivery and reimbursement of the return. We do not accept the return in case the product was opened or it has passed more than 30 days from your order was delivered.
