Drug Uses
Endep is intended to treat depression symptoms and other conditions not mentioned here.
How Taken
Follow your doctor directions when taking the medicine without increasing the dosage or therapy period. Your dosage maybe changed by your doctor to make sure that there is positive effect of this medicine.
Missed Dose
In case you have missed to take the medicine do it at the moment you have remembered. In case you did not remember dont compensate it and follow your usual schedule. You shouldnt use double dose simultaneously.
Storage
Keep the medicine at the room temperature in a dry and dark place beyond the reach of children.
Warnings Precautions
Do not drinking alcohol throughout the therapy period as it can make medicines side effects dangerous.
Do not take other medicines that can cause sleepy conditions along with Endep as they may increase sleepiness effect of the Endep.
Eating grapefruit and drinking its juice interact with the medicine. Consult your doctor before changing the amount of this product in your diet.
Taking the medicine can decrease your ability to react. Operate any machinery with caution when takng the medicine. Do not spent a long period of time under the sun or UV rays as the medicine can increase the sensitivity of your skin to UV rays. In case you need to spend a long period of time outside use protective clothing.
Possible Side Effects
In case you have any following symptoms of allergic reaction contact your doctor immediately: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Contact your doctor immediately in case you have:
fast, pounding, or uneven heart rate;
chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling;
sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body;
sudden headache, confusion, problems with vision, speech, or balance;
confusion, hallucinations, or seizures (convulsions);
restless muscle movements in your eyes, tongue, jaw, or neck;
uncontrollable shaking or tremor;
skin rash, severe tingling, numbness, pain, muscle weakness;
easy bruising or bleeding;
extreme thirst with headache, nausea, vomiting, and weakness;
feeling light-headed, fainting; orurinating less than usual or not at all.
You can also experience such side effects as:
nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, loss of appetite;
dry mouth, unpleasant taste;
numbness or tingly feeling;
lack of coordination;
feeling anxious, dizzy, drowsy, or tired;
trouble concentrating;
sleep problems (insomnia), nightmares;
blurred vision, headache, ringing in your ears; mild skin rash;
breast swelling (in men or women); or decreased sex drive, impotence, or difficulty having an orgasm.
More Information
Before starting the therapy let your doctor know in case you have allergic reactions to any medications or in case you experience:
heart disease;
a history of heart attack, stroke, or seizures;
bipolar disorder (manic-depression);
schizophrenia or other mental illness;
diabetes (Endep may raise or lower blood sugar);
overactive thyroid;
glaucoma; or problems with urination.
